Who We Are

Indigenous Peoples Association of Osteopathy (Canada) is registered as a non-profit organization to promote the profession of manual osteopathy as a heritage of Indigenous Peoples. Osteopathy has roots in the Cherokee Bodyworks and healing arts. It is considered our heritage. IPAO is tasked with promoting our heritage and protecting it and the public by ensuring the people receive safe, ethical and moral manual osteopathic care by qualified manual osteopaths.
